Wholesale/Trade

To get access to our wholesale prices, a minimum of 6 units must be ordered, however this can be spread across multiple releases (minimum 3 units per release) - eg 3 Ven tapes, 3 Moni Jitchell records.

We're also open to trade with other labels and distros, however, please keep in mind the genres of music we release and stock. We are unlikely to want to take copies of your country tape (unless it's particularly good, but we'll be the judge of that).

All trades are conducted based on format, not price. We are happy to do cross-format trades under the following terms:
1x LP for 1x LP
2x 7" for 1x LP
2x tapes for 1x 7"
3x tapes for 1x LP
and vice-versa.

PLEASE NOTE: wholesale terms apply to Makeshift Swahili releases only. Used and distro stock is only available to purchase from our online store and is not available for wholesale or trade. However, if you want to add a couple of records to a wholesale order then we can work something out!
